The producers of American Idol are looking for real people to be cast in the next reality TV life makeover show, "The Swan".

Contestants should be female, between the ages of 22 and 38 and be willing to undergo a full-life makeover in order to bring their dreams to fruition.

Hi I was wondering why isn't the age from 18-38? I mean 18 is legal? I was just wondering because I'm 20 years old I'm suffering with cellulite, thick thighs and stomach and nothing I can do will help. I can't afford anything and I haven't worn a skirt or shorts for years because I'm so embarassed. What can I do? Just wait another 2 years?

what i don't get is why arn't there any guys in that show. but regardless I am not too sure if that show will work that well. I mean american idol was a good and new concept this is something you see alot of on tv.
