lipodissolve under eyes

I (35 yr old male) had lipodissolve using ppc under my eyes to remove the fat pads almost 3 weeks ago. It did absolutely nothing. complete waste. i have heard that if you show zero improvement after your first treatment it is a waste to continue. i have also heard lipodissolve doesn't work as well on men.

I had mesotherapy on the bags under my eyes. Starting in July, I had 4 treatments, over a period of 8 weeks, at $200 per treatment. My lower eyelids swelled almost shut after each treatment, with the swelling lasting for 2-3 days. In the end, there is no change at all. The doctor said that the results might take 6 months to show, but its been 6 months and still no change.
