Does anyone know if its possible to have fat or some kind of implant put in around the upper orbital area? I dont have good bone structure and the area above my eyes is very flat - Im always hearing about people having surgery to make their faces thinner - but i really want to build mine up - particularly round the eyes and cheek areas - have seen some great pictures of facial fat transfers especially the FAMI ones - but how permanent is this - and can it improve the eye area?

Fat tends to last quite well around the eyes, up to several years or more in some. You can email photos to info@drhoenig.com if you want Dr Hoenig to take a look (www.drhoenig.com). He has done alot of fat transfer and facial implants.
