Anyone know a good surgeon for a surgical mess up?

Hi!
Somone help please...
I had surgery for my under eyelids for dark circles. Now I look like a racoon!! My eyes even look smaller no puffy bags, now just hollow circles, ew! How can I get some of my fat back? Is there a certain procedure I could have done?Anyone know a good surgeon for this?? Thanks for reading, I really appreciate it!

Hi,
Thanks for responding to my message, I'm willing to travel anywhere. I've been looking into NYC surgeons and surgeons in Los Angeles. I'm trying to find ones that have worked on certain celebrities or who are well known etc. These surgeons must be practical and know what they're doing to work on them and build such a solid reputation. In NYC I can only seem to find surgeons who specialize in rhinoplasty. But I haven't looked that extensively yet. If you know any other places, or names, anything would help.Thanks!
