Last year, 807,692 men underwent surgical and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures, nearly a 200 percent increase from 1997, according to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. (Their overall share has hovered around 12 percent as the cosmetic surgery market has exploded.)
