If it really bothers you - then by all means seek advice from the best surgeon's you can find.
Probably a simple little lipo or a surgical adjustment of the fat pad that makes up part of the cheek will do what you want easily. The other choice is to use a permanet filler and have the flatter cheek augmented to match the thicker one.
Ask a LOT of questions before letting a doc work on your face. Millimeters can be critical on a male face. You want someone who understands this and is conservative in his treatments of your cheeks.
