I need your advice for lipodissolution.
1. Hypotonic Pharmacologic Lipodissolution
If you do that procedure, PPC also included?
Hope to know difference from my protocol.
The components i use are normal saline, D/W, epinephrine, dehydrated alcohol, KCl, verapamil, tramcinolone. lidocaine,aminophylline.
Usually 200 CC of that solution injected.
2. What kind of needle or canular do you use for large volume ingection? I usually use 30 G syringe to inject PPC and do multiple skin puncture.
3. Ultrasound, I use 3 MHz. what is 1/2 value depth and intensity you prefer?
