I am 40 and considering having the lower eyelid blepharoplasty with laser resurfacing. The incision would be from the inside of the lower eyelid, so no skin would be taken. I am considering Dr. Peter Levin, Dr. Victor Liu., or Dr. Stuart Seiff or some other excellent doctor in the Bay Area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I saw some pictures with dark circles below the eyes. I wonder if the dark swollen parts would last longer if laser is invloved. Which method, laser or traditional method is better?
Of course, I hope the surgery effects will be good.
Thank you very much.

If you dont mind going to San Jose than you should call Dr. Rona Silkiss. I plan to have a Canthoplasty and Bleph with her when I can afford it. She was recommended to me by Dr. Goldberg at UCLA.

Thank you for your recommendation, Dave. I noticed she also has an office in Fremont, which is closer to my place. I will call her office there.
I will have a consultation with Dr. Stuart Seiff (UCSF professor) in August. I am very careful in picking up the right doctor to perform my lower lid blepharoplasty to avoid any unexpected results or risks.

I know what you mean. I let a general p/s do a touch up Bleph to my lower left lid and he did a terrible job.

What did you think of Dr. Seiff? Have you had the surgery...who did it...and how did it go? I'm in SF and am looking for the best surgeon. Thanks!
