I'm a 35 year old man in NYC, and want to have my nose done. I've waited for ages because to me, there is nothing worse than an obvious nose job on a man.
I have a bulbous nose, alot of soft cartilage as oppossed to a hump/bony nose-and I've been told that what I have can be difficult to fix.
There are so many conflicting opinions on these NYC doctors I've been looking up online. Sometimes it seems like the doctors are writing the posts themselves, either promoting their services or bashing others. I wish I knew who to trust.
Any opinions on who's the best in NYC?

Hi,
My husband had his nose weverly broken in a fight when he was a teen.
He was too imbrassed to get a nose job for many years because he knew his friends and employees would make fun of him. He just had one in June 2005 and he is so delighted with the results. Nobody even noticed because the Dr. just refined it. My email is happy@danesha.com if you want more info of our Dr.

If you're willing to make a small trip to Philadelphia, Aaron Shapiro has gotten good reviews.

When you're interviewing your surgeons at your consultations (I'm hoping you'll see more than one, even though that can mean some $, but hey, it's your face), have you asked specifically how the doctor handles men's faces? I often think patients don't engage the doctor enough about his/her sense of aesthetics and range of experience with patients.

Best of luck to you!
