I'm originally from Poland and my family goes there for vacation each summer. Everytime they go, they get dental work done there, for the reasons you said- it's much cheaper and the quality of services is great.
Living in New York, I only go to a polish dentist, who last year received a National Award for #1 Implant Dentistry in USA. I pay 40% less for everything than I would by going to an american dentist.
