Rash under neck following LSL

Has anyone ever had this? I don't know if it was something that I cleaned my face and neck with or what. It looks like a heat rash but is only on my neck area and two small areas on either side of my forhead.
Yesterday I went to the health food store and they suggested Herbal Aloe Force The Skin Gel. It's very bumpy and is a mess. Going to a concert outside for my anniversary on Saturday night and I am hopeing that it will be somewhat gone.
I guess my skin is very sensitive especially following the surgery. I used moist heat which could have done it or I used Alpha Hydroxy which may have been too harsh.
What is a gentle skin cleanser? I feel that my skin in going to pot. Needs exfoilating really bad.
Any suggestions would really be helpful.

Beth66, using alpha hydroxy is much too soon on your skin right now. I suspect that's what may have caused the rash. Right now, don't use anything harsh on your facial skin. Buy a gentle facial gel, and splash lukewarm water on your face to remove it. No wash cloths, sponges, for the next month...even better if never using them.
For your skin, less is best, for now. It's very common for us to notice our skin more than we did before the surgery, it's not as bad as you think it is. Use moisturizer, and try to stay away from makeup, use it sparingly...it will only emphasize the dryness. If you feel you have to use a wash cloth, buy a pack of the baby cloths, and use the soft side.
