steroid shot/scar tissue

Could anyone tell me if a cortisone shot really works to break up scar tissue? I have scar tissue formation under one eye after bleph. It is pulling the corner down. Can it really work two months afterwards? Has it worked for anyone?

I've heard that it works very well in lots of cases. Also that very gentle massage helps. I would certainly ask my Dr. now if I were you.
