I'm 58 and decided to have braces put on my bottom teeth. I've seen the orthodontist and the oral surgeon. I had one tooth removed. I have a bridge on the lower right. My oral surgeon asked me what the orthodontist was going to do about my bridge. I called the orthodontist and left a message but he hasn't returned my call. I will be seeing him on Monday. My concern is that the braces will loosen the bridge. Has anyone had this concern? Am I too old to get braces?
