I was wondering if anyone has tried "Deception" cream....
If you did try it..did it ..or did it not, work to make wrinkles disappear as advertised...?

Info on this product can be found at www.goodbyewrinkles.com
( No..I dont work for the company..)
Just curious about this so called "Miracle Cream"...
Thanks, Vanessa

Hi,
I saw a few emails regarding Deception cream and wanted to tell you that all the hype truly IS too good to be true. I recently ordered the product and couldn't believe how you pay $49.95 for nothing. Believe me, I have pretty minimal wrinkles, basically I have wrinkles around the mouth, eyes and forehead--and this cream did absolutely nothing. No camaflauging, etc. Looked exactly the same as before I applied it. It also DOES smudge whatever makeup you have on, contrary to what the product packaging says. So I returned mine and am obtaining a credit. I'm still glad I tried it. My philosophy is that if a cream works and actually does what it proclaims to do, then I don't mind shelling out good money for it. In this case, it wasn't worth the shipping and handling charges! Anyway, I hope this helps and prevents others from wasting S&H costs.

Hi ..Patkat,
I had a feeling Deception cream was just toooo...Good to be true.
Thank you for letting us know. It really makes one wonder just HOW MUCH money these companies make on the S&H alone..and that is all they are after..S&H profit.

DECEPTION ...What a Brilliant name...Don't ya think?
Sincerely..Vanessa

Hi Vanessa,
You're welcome. Anything I can do to help. In my mind, us women need to stick together, especially when it comes to rating beauty products! We are a somewhat vulnerable market for greedy companies because as women we naturally want to look and feel our best inside and out! You are right though. The name "deception" is very ironic and they most likely do make a lot of their money on shipping charges.

I've heard and read good things about Avotox and Strivectin-SD for winkles. You can read reviews from a supposedly independent research company at www.consumer-review.net/skin-care.htm and how it all works. Have you tried any of these products? Anyone else out there? I'm tempted to order Avotox just to try it but after the Deception let down, I'm a bit gun shy. Thanks for any input!

It was interesting to here that the deception cream is a deception. I've been using pure emu oil on my face for years and have turned friends on to the product. I believe if works very well to stave off aging by keeping skin really healthy and plump. The deception cream seems to be on to something else with those nanoprisms supposedly hiding existing wrinkles. But it did sound too good to be true. Think I'll just stick to the pure emu oil.

Hi Lulu,
Thanks for the tip on the emu oil. Will definitely look into it. You say it plumps up the skin? I have acne-prone skin so I'm wondering if the oil will set my face on fire or if it's mild. Thanks again!

I also tried the deception cream. I found it didn't erase the wrinkles but what it does do if you put it on your wrinkled areas and go under bright light you won't see the wrinkles as much because of the light refraction from the tiny prisms in the cream. The movie stars said they don't go on tv without it. Under the bright lights of the cameras with the cream on you don't see the wrinkles as much. This I found to be true.
