I need to get labiaplasty done. I went to Dr. Mattlock in LA and he said that it would cost $4500.The most I can pay is $2000. Do you know about any doctor's that could do it for that?

You might want to try looking in the LA Weekly newspaper. There are always some plastic surgeons that run specials or just have lower prices that advertise there. But, of course, be sure to check their credentials, ask how often they perform the procedure, etcetera.
When in doubt, its always better to pay a little more since you'll be living with the results the rest of your life.
