I jogged 1 mile and walked 1 mile on Saturday. Yesterday (Monday) I jogged 2 miles and walked one. Last night my tummy was really aching. This morning it is still sore.
Is this normal muscle ache that my body is experiencing? I will just walk today. Any suggestions?
Also,
My DR. told me I could resume my normal exercise routine anytime after 3 weeks Post op.

sounds normal, probably just some fluid accumulation from the increased exercise. all that bouncing up and down from the jogging can do that.
how about speed walking for a week instead of jogging to get your system back into the swing of things?
