I am considering lipo. i am 26 years old 135 lbs and 5 ft tall. I have weight to lose and cellute on my thighs. will this help? is lipo for me?

technically, liposuction is for spot reduction of fat, not for weight loss (although you may lose some weight with the surgery).
ideally, you should lose the weight and be within 5 to 10 pounds of your target weight that you plan to stabilize at. of course, then you might not need liposuction any more...
of course, some people do use liposuction for weight loss, but I get the idea from the way you formulated your question that you kind of have the notion that maybe you should lose the weight first?
liposuction wont help cellulite. in fact, sometimes the dimpling appears worse because the skin may not be stretched as tightly when the fat is removed. mesotherapy or endermologie may be potential aids for cellulite.
