What's better? Bonding or veneers? My teeth are pretty straight, but they dont look all pretty and perfect, like I want them to. Veneers seem so much more expensive, but it seems like I could just get bonding and be happy. Any advice?

I absolutely hate having my mouth worked on so when I cracked my front teeth I went with bonding to begin with. It was very easy and painless, but it never held properly. I kept chipping the tooth easily. I then went with the veneers and although it was painful (for me) I'm glad I did. I've had them for about two years and haven't had one problem. They are very strong and look great.

i chipped one of bottom teeth and had it bonded. then the bonding broke off again, so the dentist just filed it down. now my bottom teeth look even worse because one tooth is shorter than the rest.(they were already crooked to start with).
i went to an orthodontist that my dentist recommended. he said i would need braces and that the removable invisalign type thing wouldn't work for me.
i'm in my 30s and not really digging the idea of having braces again. plus he charges over $3000. is that a normal price for braces?

My Orthodontist is charging me $3,840.00 for doing only the lower teeth.
